Website Terms of Use

The Site is a marketing and informational website about LeadWave, an AI-powered platform for real estate professionals. The Site allows you to learn about the product, watch demonstrations, and submit contact information if you would like us to reach out. The Site does not currently offer product signups, subscriptions, or account creation.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit contact information through it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.1 Permitted Use. You may browse the Site, view content, and submit inquiries for personal or professional use consistent with these Terms.

3.2 Prohibited Use. You agree not to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to access the Site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; (e) submit false, misleading, or third-party contact information; (f) use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications; or (g) use the Site in violation of applicable law.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and the LeadWave and Northstar Intelligence Group names and marks — is owned by Northstar or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to view the Site for the purposes described in these Terms.

5.1 Voluntary Submission. You may voluntarily submit contact information (such as your name, email, phone number, brokerage, and any message content) through forms on the Site. Submission does not create any commercial relationship, obligation, or contract between you and Northstar.

5.2 Consent to Contact. By submitting the contact form and checking the associated consent box, you consent to being contacted by Northstar (via email, phone, or SMS to the contact information you provide) about LeadWave and related offerings. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS, clicking “unsubscribe” in any email, or contacting us at ContactUs@NorthstarIntelligenceGroup.com.

5.3 Privacy. How we handle information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Information about LeadWave on the Site — including features, pricing, availability, and launch timing — is for general informational purposes only, may change without notice, and does not constitute an offer to sell or a contractual commitment. Screenshots, demos, and testimonials may reflect features that are in development, sample data, or agent scenarios for illustrative purposes. Availability, features, and pricing at actual launch may differ.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, embedded videos, or other third-party content (for example, our marketing video hosted on a third-party platform). Northstar does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or the practices of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party’s terms and privacy practices.

8.1 “AS IS” Basis. THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NORTHSTAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

8.2 No Guarantees. NORTHSTAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8.3 Not Legal or Real Estate Advice. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real estate advice.

9.1 Exclusion. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHSTAR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

9.2 Cap. NORTHSTAR’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9.3 Exceptions. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Northstar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.

12.2 Venue. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
